Over the years, she has specialized in working with people living with chronic pain, physical limitations, concussions, neurological conditions, stress and anxiety, as well as with women before and after giving birth. She also adapts her work for children, seniors and anyone who wants to rediscover the joy of moving safely.
Her philosophy is simple: well-being isn't only about relieving pain, but also about regaining confidence in your body, building resilience and creating habits that support lasting health.
Move. Breathe. Live.
